May 1, 2026 – FalconTek, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) providing technical and professional services to the federal government and commercial clients, today announced the appointment of Ricky Schultz as Vice President of Client Development. In this role, Schultz will lead the continued expansion of FalconTek’s Workforce Solutions Division, driving new client acquisition, strengthening existing partnerships, and shaping go-to-market strategy across the division’s growing portfolio.
Schultz brings more than 14 years of sales and leadership experience in Workforce Solutions to FalconTek. He spent over a decade at Aerotek, one of the nation’s largest staffing and talent firms, where he progressed from Recruiter to Account Executive and ultimately to Practice Lead — a player/coach role spanning new business development, full-cycle sales, and team leadership. Throughout his tenure, he built and scaled client relationships across a wide range of industries, consistently delivering tailored staffing solutions in highly competitive markets.
