September 23, 2026 – FalconTek (Citadel Federal Solutions, LLC) is pleased to announce it has been awarded a multi-year contract to provide Field Office Support Services (FOSS) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), a component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
The contract has a total value of approximately $114 million over a period of roughly 4.5 years. The award was made on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) following a full and open Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside competition. FalconTek’s selection reflects the company’s continued growth as a trusted partner to federal civilian agencies with high-volume, mission-critical operations.
Under the contract, FalconTek will provide a range of administrative and clerical support services at USCIS field offices, helping the agency deliver timely, accurate immigration services to the public. This work supports USCIS’s core mission of processing applications and providing information to those who rely on the agency’s services.
