May 14, 2026 – FalconTek, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) providing technical and professional services to the federal government and commercial clients, today announced the appointment of Ryan Rowe as Vice President, Strategy and Growth. In this role, Rowe will lead FalconTek’s business development, capture, and proposal operations, while shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy across federal markets.
Rowe brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in federal government contracting, with a focus on business development, capture management, and proposal operations spanning small efforts to $500M+ opportunities. He most recently served as Vice President and General Manager at SSI (Mid-Atlantic Professionals, Inc.), where for nearly 12 years he led business development, operations, contracting, and security functions, helping the company successfully transition from an 8(a) small business to a large business and diversify its portfolio across the intelligence, defense, healthcare, and operational support sectors.
Prior to SSI, Rowe served as Assistant Vice President of Business Development Operations at Acclaim Technical Services (ATS), and earlier held senior proposal and consulting leadership roles at SAIC/Leidos and SM Consulting, where he helped drive 800% growth and four Inc. 500 rankings before the firm’s acquisition by SAIC in 2008. His federal customer experience spans DIA, FBI, DEA, TSA, DHS, DoD, INSCOM, SOCOM, the Army, Navy, State Department, NIH, IHS, and a range of classified customers.
“Ryan has spent his entire career helping federal contractors grow, from small business to large business, through acquisitions, and across some of the most competitive segments in the market,” said Brandon Nelson, President of FalconTek. “We’re fortunate to have a leader of his caliber driving our strategy and growth function as FalconTek enters its next chapter.”
In his new role, Rowe will oversee FalconTek’s pipeline, capture, and proposal functions, partner with operations and delivery leaders to align growth investments with mission delivery, and lead strategic planning to position the company for sustained expansion across its target markets. He will also play a central role in evaluating mergers, acquisitions, and other inorganic growth opportunities as FalconTek scales.
“FalconTek has built something rare in this market — a mission-focused SDVOSB with the agility of a small business and the discipline of a much larger organization,” said Rowe. “That culture, combined with the company’s growth trajectory, made this an easy decision. I’m excited to help shape what comes next.”
The appointment reflects FalconTek’s continued investment in senior leadership as the company strengthens its strategic growth capabilities and expands its presence across federal and commercial markets.
